At the CISC Institute, we give aspiring cruise line professionals the skills and knowledge to succeed onboard. Our training programs for Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, Culinary and Galley Utility begin with an orientation to the cruise industry and then impart essential theory and practical, hands-on learning, using the same types of equipment and materials that are used onboard.
We cover service standards, personal presentation, safety & security, health & hygiene, and environmental awareness. Our experienced trainers have decades of cruise ship experience in senior roles followed by extensive recruiting and training experience. Our goal is to develop our students into strong cruise line candidates so that they can build careers with premium cruise line companies around the world.
